Due to the increasing demand for Quality Home Health Services and the difficulties Home Health Agencies have meeting changing standards, Home Health Experience was started with the goal of helping Home Health Agencies achieve compliance and outstanding patient service. Home Health Experience can do this by providing Agencies   with the knowledge and the tools needed to succeed and meet regulation standards.

Over my career working in Home Health (26 years +) as a Home Health Nurse, Case Manager and Director of Nursing(DON)/Alternate Administrator, it has become apparent how many home health owners lack the appropriate knowledge to run their business successfully and be compliant with changing regulations.  With the recent changes in healthcare due to the Affordable Care Act(ACA) and with pending regulation changes in the pipeline, being compliant, delivering excellent care, achieving 5 star ratings and being “lean” in order to be profitable regulations is complicated. The Office of Inspector General is cracking down on noncompliant agencies all across the country and unsuspecting agencies who believe they are doing OK are being caught and fined.

Home Health Experience wants to help Home Health Agencies make the changes needed to first and foremost deliver excellent patient care, achieving 5 star ratings, being profitable and able to grow while following Medicare guidelines and changing regulations. Putting systems in place to track progress, using QAPI to improve operations, and educating and retaining staff are all elements that Home Health Experience knows is imperative for a successful Home Health Agency, and with this we can help!!
